Community has always been a driving force behind partners' Casey and Ally's home grown coffee brand, Canyon. Having done pop ups throughout the city and gathering a loyal following, they decided in 2021 to open their own shop in Echo Park. A simple interior is defined by a limited palette of modest materials. Thick Douglas Fir benches surround the Maple and stone bar. The bar top, set lower than typical, draws the visitors to engage with the staff in a unique way. All photos in this gallery were taken by Justin Chung.
