Tasked to redesign the physical environments for Credo Beauty, we developed a reduced palette of rich materials to serve as a new framework for the beauty brand to showcase their portfolio offering. Vertical grain Douglas Fir and waxed Aluminum form the base notes for the store design. Two custom shelving systems were developed for their product display. One system from douglas fir and the other from aluminum plates and rods with silicon rubber rings as fasteners. Custom mirrors bring a playful element into the space. Our Monopoint lights serve as spotlights onto the wooden tray displays. Amber acrylic welding flaps on concealed sliding tracks separate the back and front of house. This ever changing wall of reflections provides an eye catching backdrop for the store.
